While definitely somewhat longer to do than speaking on a stage, it has never been easier to write a book. If you can write an essay then you can write a chapter. If you can write 1 chapter then you can write 10 and voila! You have written a book.
What you need is a coach who can show you how to structure your essays, craft each one, work the transitions and then work them into a coherent outline that fits the theme of your book idea.
This is what The IFLI Writer Lab program is all about. Mentored by 3-time published author, Dr. Ravi R. Iyer, MD, who is currently writing his 4th, 5th and 6th books, you will be guided through the stages from Cover Art design to Chapter outline creation. You will be given cutting edge editorial and proof editing tools and guided in their use. Each student will be coached through the rigors of chapter writing to completion and publication of their book on Amazon including coaching on how to self-market their book.

That is the final outcome of every graduating cohort in the IFLI Success Speaker program.
Imagine the impact the student’s application would make. One click on the video link will bring the applicant to life for the evaluator beyond the sterile numbers of grades and the drone of rote recommendation letters. The evaluator can see in real life as the student paces the stage and weaves magic with words upon the audience. A connection is made and one more college opens its doors eager to secure for itself a brilliant example of a future leader.
The IFLI Success Speaker program is designed to take a rising 10 or 11th grade student and in 12 intense weeks sculpt them into powerful communicators under the skilled coaching of 3x TEDx Speaker and experienced Toastmaster, Dr. Ravi R. Iyer, MD and gifted Emcee and event planner Soumya Mohanty. The program was specially crafted by Dr. Iyer to teach all the skills it takes to being an expert and consummate communicator.
From Opening hook and speech design to the psychology of human connection and real skills such as vocal variety and modulation, to body language, gestures and stage craft, the Success Speaker program has it all. Veteran Emcee Soumya Mohanty brings her knowledge of crowd engagement and stage presence to ensure that every student in the course becomes a master on the stage.
The course culminates in a real stage presentation by each student before a live audience and a panel of distinguished judges where they will present their 15-minute signature speech of an Idea to Lead the Future at the Ideas of Future Leaders & Innovators (IFLI) event. The IFLI event will be video recorded, and each graduating student will receive a fully edited Speaker Reel with photographic assets, lifetime publication of their IFLI talk on IFLI’s YouTube channel and a testimonial letter from the judges about their speaker performance, all of which directly form part of a portfolio of accomplishment that the student can use.
